Andrew is a seasoned executive with over 20 years’ experience in business transformational roles in public, private and family owned companies across multiple industries including consumer goods, manufacturing, construction, technology and professional services. He has over 10 years’ experience in CFO roles, the core focus of which being the efficient structuring of capital and cash flow to ensure business success and growth.
With experience in all business sizes, from multinationals to SME’s to start-ups, and having had experience with most types of commercial lending products, Andrew is well positioned to provide right-sized and pragmatic commercial finance solutions to existing and new clients of Leaders Advisory.
Examples of experience include:
- establishment and maintenance of rolling working capital facilities and trade finance for numerous international trading businesses with large seasonal cycles;complete debt restructure for manufacturing company that provided more flexibility, reduced serviceability and an appropriate interest rate hedge;
- introduction of equipment finance for a number of manufacturing businesses for large capital purchases; this enabled business growth and kept cash flow in the business;
- introduction of debtor factoring for businesses with cash flow constriction;
- use of overdrafts in smaller businesses.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Economics, has been a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accounts for 20 years, is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Turnaround Management Association (Australia).
